It’s simple! You may dial any of our numbers and speak to any of our salesmen and they can create the account for you just by asking you a few simple questions such as your name, address and telephone number. It’s as simple as that! You may even be in our system and not even know it. That is because the Bergey’s family-owned businesses work together for your benefit so that you only have to provide your information to us once. No matter if you have purchased a vehicle from a dealership or tires from any of our tire stores, you will be connected to our computer systems at every location. If you are a first time visitor and are purchasing from our online catalogs the information you fill out will be transferred to our Bergey’s account system and automatically set up. RETAIL CHARGE ACCOUNTS: If you would like to create a charge account with Bergey’s as  a retail customer you will need to fill out our Consumer Charge Form.

Simply fill out our Wholesale Charge Form and we look forward to working alongside you as soon as possible! Forms are able to be sent in via email, fax or snail-mail. If you are unable to provide them in those forms, we welcome you to come into our store location and fill out the application.

If I purchase a part from your location, are you able to install the part for me?

Unfortunately, Bergeys Parts employs only parts salesmen, warehouse hands, and delivery drivers. We are unable to install parts on your vehicle. However, conveniently, Bergey’s Chevrolet is two blocks up from our location and they have a service station that can assist you with installation of your parts. We would be happy to give them a call from our location and find out if they have an available time slot to assist you.

Do you service vehicles at your location?

Bergey’s Parts is a warehouse which does not have any tools or mechanics on premises to service your vehicle. However, the Bergey’s service locations are all local to us and can be of service to you. You may visit www.Bergeys.com to find out more locations that can service your make and model.

What is your Return Policy on parts?

Our return policies come from our vendors GM, Ford and Chrysler. Because of their return policies we must implement them to our customers as well. They can alter these policies at any time and we apologize for any inconvenience. All makes and models: parts may not be returned to us painted, without the original packaging, torn packing, written on, or completely missing. Electrical parts are automatically rejected if the package is opened. Many items come from vendors labeled “Not Returnable If Opened”. We will not be able to issue credit and the parts that do not meet vendor standards  will be returned to you. You can view our return policy here. Parts may be subject to return charges.

What is a VIN number and why is it important to use when looking up my part(s)?

VIN stands for Vehicle Identification Number. It is a consistent sequence of both numbers and letters that is affixed to every car, truck and trailer distributed in the United States. On the majority of vehicles, you can find the VIN on the dashboard of the drivers side, and seen visibly through the windshield from the outside of the car. It is also typically on a sticker or engraved in a plate on the inside of the drivers side door or the door frame itself. The VIN is sometimes even printed on the inside glove compartment as well. Did you know that for vehicles labeled “high-theft” the VIN was required to be put on major parts such as engines, fenders and hoods? If the vehicle is not in your possession at the moment, you could also look at your car’s title and/or insurance documents for the VIN number. Using the VIN number when searching for parts eliminates all parts unrelated to that specific VIN number, which leaves you with more accurate part options for your specific vehicle.
